Good Morning Readers. Happy Friday! I want to share a Wonderful Nut Recipe that I made for Super Bowl Sunday last year. This is a repeat post that is worth sharing again and again.
BAR NUTS: Line a cookie sheet with foil. Add 2 1/4 cups mixed nuts and scatter into a single layer. Roast in a 350 oven for 10 minutes. While nuts are roasting, in a large bowl add:1 Tablespoon butter, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne and 2 teaspoons sea salt. When nuts are done, toss into bowl. the heat from the nuts will melt the butter. Toss gently. When butter is melted and nuts are coated, toss in 2 tablespoons FRESH Rosemary. Do not mince or chop leaves. just strip leaves off stems and leave whole. Toss into nut mix. serve warm.
