THINK PINK AND KEEP MOVING!

Good Morning Readers! I was looking thru a past issue of a Women’s Day magazine (Oct. 2011) Women’s Day said that just 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week can cut your breast cancer risk by nearly 20%. And that regular exercise (2.5 hours a week, which you can break up into five 30-minute brisk walks) not only helps to keep your weight in check, it can also lower estrogen levels and boost your immune system, helping to prevent any abnormal cells from growing and spreading. And if you do get breast cancer, KEEP MOVING. Breast cancer survivors who did the equivalent of one to two hours of brisk walking a week had a 40% lower risk of dying from breast cancer, according to a study from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. SO KEEP WALKING PEOPLE and THINK PINK every month of the year. WALK ON !!!!!!!!!!http://shopworndesigns.etsy.com

FALL

“Autumn is the second spring, when every leaf is a flower.” —Albert Camus

“Every leaf speaks bliss to me, fluttering from the autumn tree.” —Emily Bronte

“Winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting, and autumn a mosaic of them all.” —Stanley Horowitz

“The best is autumn. It is mature, reasonable, and serious. It glows moderately and not frivolously…It cools down, clears up, makes you reasonable.”—Valentin

“Fall is my favorite season in Los Angeles, watching the birds change color and fall from the trees.” —David Letterman

MOTHER

Love as powerful as your mother’s for you leaves it’s own mark. Not a scar, no visible sign… to have been loved so deeply, even though the person who loved us is gone, will give us some protection forever. It is in your very skin.

—–From the book: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone

I love you Mom! I miss You! But I feel you with me everyday. And that feels good. Thank you for everything!. XOXO……

The sun lights up a drop of dew. The drop of dew soon dries. You are the light of my eyes, my eyes. I’m brought to life by you…
