Hello Readers. Everyone ready for the Easter Bunny? I love eggs. Just about anyway they are prepared. I do not have kids. No grand kids either. But I am a kid at heart. I am the only one who eats hard boiled eggs at my house, so I do not want to go to the trouble of dying eggs for easter fun. But Publix is nice enough to do it for me. I think I have been getting them for about 3 years now. They seem to start getting them a week or so before Easter. And they are lovely. And they make me smile. I look forward to them. They are available right now. The colors are very nice. Kind of marbled. Including a few photos in today’s post. Enjoy!
